Does my insurance cover Chiropractic Care?

The vast majority of insurance companies cover Chiropractic Care in the state of Maine. This includes Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shields, Aetna, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Medical Network, Medicare and MaineCare. Dr. Lynch is a credentialed provider with all these insurance companies. His qualified staff will assist you in researching your healthcare coverage and make every effort possible to inform you of the amount of healthcare coverage you have.

Do I need to get permission from my primary care provider to be seen for Chiropractic Care?

Most insurance companies including HMO’s you can self refer for Chiropractic Care.

How will I know if you can help me?

Following a detailed history, medical history and a thorough Chiropractic, Orthopedic and Neurological examination we will make the determination and recommendations whether you are a Chiropractic patient or not. If you indeed are a patient that will respond to Chiropractic healthcare services, we will then make a recommendation for treatment. If you need to seen by another healthcare provider we will also make that recommendation to you.

I have Osteoporosis; can I still see you for Chiropractic Care?

Yes, after our examination we will determine whether it is safe for you to receive Chiropractic Care. There are a number of treatment modalities that we have used over the years that is safe and effective for all ages.
